MENU SELECTION

I am having a beef, fish and chicken dish. But which chicken dish would you pick?

Tuscan Chicken-Grilled breast of chicken with frehs herbs, olive oil

Chicken Mignon-roast breast of chicken encrusted with mustard and herbs wrapped in prosciutto

Chicken Sorrentino-Breats of chicken milanese w/eggplant,prosciutto,mozzarella cheese and tomato burre

Wild Mushroom Stuffed Chicken- Grilled breast of chicken with shitake, portabella and cremini mushrooms

Re: MENU SELECTION

I would pick the Chicken Sorrentino because
1) it's more exciting than the chicken w. fresh herbs.
2) not everyone eats prosciutto (it's ham)
3) Not everyone likes mushrooms.

ETS- the Sorrentino has Proscuitto too... sheesh!

Thanks. I just went to a wedding at the Carlyle and the food was excellent.

What time should we be there for dinner? Should we bring anything, cake or wine?

I love mushrooms, so that's my choice.

Re: MENU SELECTION

I agree w/ Sassy -- not everyone eats proscuitto. For the proscuitto chicken dish maybe just ask them to make the chicken dish w/o the proscuitto -- I would ask for a trial w/o the proscuitto though.

I would go with the wild mushrroms. I love mushrooms so that jumped out at me right away. Yummmmm
