Have your choices pre-selected. She basically fills out a new contract for you. They go over everything included in your day food wise. You pick linen colors and the look of your cake. It was simple and just basically putting the information down on paper.

Are add ons actually negotiable at this point? Or do they stick to what's on that little cheat sheet?

Thanks so much!

Oh and I forgot... have all your vendor information with you. they ask for the names and they overwhelm you with paperwork. they give you about 10 pieces of paper you have to fill out and return the week before your wedding. she'll quickly explain it to you though (seating arrangements, bridal introductions, if you are having a ceremony there- information for that, etc.)

they stick to the sheet. I tried to get some extra things (i wanted one extra hot dish at cocktail hour) but it didnt work. and actually on my day of they didnt even have everything at cocktail hour that was contracted on my account. i was supposed to have 6 hot dishes and it was supposed to come with different things like the spanish station was supposed to have chips and guacamole, etc... didn't happen. I think we ended up only having 5 hot stations and i didnt see fortune cookies at the asian station or the chips and guacamole or anything else they claimed would be displayed with it. i still loved them dont get me wrong. everything looked nice there was a lot of food and it tasted good... but they left a lot of things out they thought i wouldnt notice but i noticed. even passed hordourves they never brought out the stuffed mushrooms and i had to beg and plead for the raspberry and brie tarts the whole night before they made them. i dont think they were going to actually make them if i didnt ask.
