Menu Template

I saw the post earlier regarding the menu template, but I am looking for something a bit more simple. Does anyone have another template or example of a menu?

Not sure how simple you want it, but if you have MS Word, you can create something very nice without a template.

(Unless you have the same menu selections, a template won't save you much work anyway so its probably easier if you just create one of your own)
