For those who are making their own menus. Question for you- if you are picking their salad and appetizer should that still go on the menu or just the entree chocked that they actually have to pick?

I'm not up to this point yet but I would put everything on the menu so the guests know what they're getting ahead of time.

I am only putting on dinner selections. Our guests have a choice of 7 items. If we add appetizer course and dessert the font will be small and maybe a little difficult to read.
If we had fewer choices I would add the appetizer and dessert .

I would put everything on it so people know what they are getting. If you don't I really don't think it's a big deal though. Do whatever looks best!

I put everything, so in case they were allergic to something or didn't like something,, they could ask the waiter to alter it.
