So my RH only allows one entree choice so everyone is having the same thing. (we are getting married in St. Louis so things are alittle different there) we will still have passed hor dourves for cocktail hour, then for dinner is the salad, sorbet, dinner, and desert.
Do you think since there is just one item that we should even bother about the menu? At least it would give people the heads up. Or do you think this would cause problems since there is only one choice and people trying to make special requests or something? It's not like the waiters are going to go around to each guest, I think it will just be brought out in courses since they don't have to ask for their choice.
What do you think? TIA

If the majority are from St. Louis and that's the norm over there to only have one entree then I do think there is a need for menus.

If you like the idea of menus, then you can totally do them as yea, it might be nice to have a heads up and get a general idea of 'ohh, dinner is going to be here after this course/app' or something.
if you have other stuff that time is better spent on then totalllly dont waste your time

I have seen plenty of menus with only one option-if you want it, you should do it! Especially if you have a lot of people from areas that do options, and they might be terribly confused!

oooh, good point. I don't think our family from the East Coast will really mind but I did give our friends the heads up so that it's not a shock when they get there (esp since they all got married this year and had like 100 different options for their entree!LOL)
I think they are nice and I will probably do them if I have time.

If you want to do it then DO IT! I think it looks nice to have menus out...who cares if you only have 1 entree choice. People might like the idea of seeing whats to come!
