Menus - question

Menus - question

I'm just thinking ahead of all the projects I'd like to do for my wedding and one of them is menus. Chateau Briand provides regular menus for us, but I'm thinking of doing personalized ones (if they allow it).

So, my question is - can I just do one nice size one per table, or should I do per person? I was thinking of doing one per table on one of those little holders for seating cards or something. I know it looks nice to have one per place setting but I'm not sure I'd like to do that many.

If you are having a large wedding, I would do one per table because that is a lot of work. Since we are having a small wedding we are going to do one per place setting. Initially I wanted to do one per table but F says he wants one per table we'll see if his mind changes when we have to execute all of this work.

im def doing 1 per place setting.....bc at my cousins wedding she had 1 in the middle of the table so ppl were taking forever to look at it and by the time the waiter came to us we still had no clue what the choices were! So he still had to tell us.

If you don't want to do one per place setting, why not do 2-3 per table? That way, you will be able to work on fewer, yet each menu will still be visible to each guest without passing a one-per-table menu around.

One per setting is what I am doing. I wanted to avoid people having to pass around a menu

Oh that's a good point. I am having a buffet and thought of putting two on each table. But I guess you are right. People are going to take time looking at them. EXCELLENT POINT! Now I have to buy more paper!
