this is not funny!!!
I am pretty sure she does not mean to offend anyone..she herself is catholic. Its meant for you to laugh...if its not funny to you..move on.
Thanks Nina
And yep I'm Catholic... I made my confirmation and EVERYTHING!
I also used to drive my Priest crazy because I would ask him every Sunday why it can't be 'alter person' instead of 'alter boy' and I wanted to know when I would be allowed to help out- I think he hated me for that LOL...
It's not meant to offend- I love Pope on a rope!! He's a great guy... Just a little 'haha' for the afternoon... Ooh, I didn't mean to offend with 'Pope on a Rope' either
well said dani & nina, the 06 boards are slowing down whatcha expect , LOL ,,,, i happen to think that its funny, & mike was a alter boy, sooooo ,,
what do you mean that the 06 are slowing down....what my post has to do with this???huh
look there are a few of us trying to have fun & not inslut anyone or offend anyone , you said it was not funny, if you dont like it why do u keep coming back to a thread that you dont like, !!!! Thats what I meant !!
I keep coming back because I see that you all don't like what I wrote and see what else you have to say......
And no......i Don't wanna cause any drama.......ok???

Re: Merry Christmas from the Pope...
OK, OK, OK...
Just so people are not offended... Let me make up for it a little with a nice depiction of my wonderful Religion...
We were in the car together one day (me and Vin, not me and the Pope) and they announce on the radio that they had just elected the new Pope. So, I had heard that his family was killed (like both parents, siblings, etc) on the news earlier so I mentioned to Vinny 'Oh, apparently this guy had a rough life- both parents, siblings died when he was young' etc...
So, Vinny goes (this is classic)...
'What?? How did so many die?? In the Holocaust or something?'
VINNY-- THE HOLOCAUST... It's the farking Pope!!
I almost PIMP... Who knew Vinny could have a blonde moment!

Umm...actually Dani...Vin is not too far off. They all passed of illnesses...but he did struggle in his youth due to the holocaust. Remember, the catholic church was also persecuted. I had to write a paper on him..his family had to relocate because of the Nazi regime.
I also remember about writing something to the effect of the Pope saw his parish priest get beat by the nazis during mass.
Ok Ok....nina's history lesson done....but no they did not die because of the holocaust.
hey hey...I have to show off the brains sometimes...considering you make fun of me ALL the time you arsehole.
