I would try hard to appreciate the notice, but it's not for my benefit, it's because he wants me to work my asss off to help him land a big contract. Because IF we land the contract, then I get to stay, and take a 30% pay cut.
If we lose the contract, or I decline the offer, then I am an enemployed 8 month pregnant woman.
