I love my job but don't know how I am going to handle another 2 years of dealing with certain people. It's amazing how incompetent and lazy some of the 'bosses' are. I'm tired of doing their work.

I know this is sometimes hard to believe now - but their day is coming. Those who work extra hard now while everyone else sits around like a slacker will reap their rewards in the future. I too was in the same situation, and they ended up canning those who never did anything!

Thanks, all. Unfortunately, in my job, hardly anyone ever gets fired once your 1st year probation is up.
I am just so stressed right now. It feels like no matter how hard I try, I can't catch up and when I need guidance and advice I get ZERO
I think I really need to take a few days off.

i completely feel your pain and i am sorry you have to deal with them
know that you are not alone - i work for the gov't and i actually have to do certain things INCORRECTLY bc the supervisor who randomly checks my work thinks that is the right way! So even though it is correct, she will give me an 'error' on it - and that reflects negatively on me!
