Me and FH met with our priest for the 2nd time. He is such a nice man, we sat and talked to him for over an hour and we felt so comfortable with him. We set the date for our rehearsal and for FH's confirmation. He also gave me the book with all the prayers for the wedding mass, he is letting us choose all the prayers instead of just the readings...he said it's our wedding and he wants us to choose everything...I am so happy with him..
And as we were leaving he told us that he can't wait to marry me and FH because he really likes us and thinks we're a great couple...what a nice thing to hear.

Oh when do you have to meet with your priest for the second time? They didn't tell us anything about that. I just figured you do that when the wedding gets really close like 1 mo out? Our priest was new though, I wondering if he forgot to tell us everything...

yay! that's so nice! We took care of the rehearsal and he gave us the book that we pick our readings etc. from on saturday- it was our first meeting but he took care of it all at once..

are u sure he HAS to be confirmed I never made mine and the chrch said it is no longer a requirement but it is reccomended......but if he wants to make it for personal reasons then just ignore this message lol...for me i was like cool one less class I have to take Ive live 29 years w/o it why get it now but thats just me
