Yeah, you do! I used stacker 2 when it had the ephedra and lost like 30 pounds in a few weeks. I've tried the new stuff w/ no ephedra, and I just feel sick all day and stay fat. Diet pills no longer wok. You need ephedra.

PLEASE be careful]!! NONE of this stuff works for long term use. If you REALLY looked into this stuff you'd realize just how dangerous it really is. It' just not a healthy way to go.

I completely understand the pressures of wanting to lose weight before your wedding and wanting to feel good, but trust me, this isn't the road to go down.

If you plan on taking this stuff, just be safe and be healthy and BE AWARE of what you're putting into your body. Sometimes looking that good isn't worth the price you end up paying in the long run.

I just care, so that's why I had had to say what I said.
