Do you know what type of printer is required to print on metallic cardstock or what 'weight' of paper I should be looking for to make a program that it also a fan?

I used a laser printer. I also tried using a inkjet. The inkjet prints smudge no matter how long I let it sit for.
I used a 105lb cardstock for my program fans. Pics in my album.
