Ok, I love that we have booked at the Met but after seeing all these threads on bathrroom baskets I was wondering if they provided them?? I honestly didn't think they were that important, more of a bonus if the place provided them but now I'm curious... FH will kill me if we spend any more $$ on this wedding so either way I doubt we'll do them as there are other things I'd rather spend money on but would just like to know.. Anybody?? Thanks girls!

Hey there! Not if you saw my post asking about having bathroom baskets, but it was at the wedding I was just at this past Thursday @ The Metropolitan when 2 of my friends (1 of which is my MOH) who noticed that there were no baskets in the bathroom. Big deal, no. But some people think the hall provides them, which isn't always true.
I honestly think one can get away with cheap items in the basket. Maybe just a can or 2 of hairspray and maybe a few bobby pins and mints, nothing crazy.
