Metropolitan or crescent beach club? Urgent help needed!

Metropolitan or crescent beach club? Urgent help needed!

So as an Update to my whole wedding-venue-closing fiasco, it seems my options are 1) keep my date and have the wedding at metropolitan. Or 2) change the date to the Sunday night before and have it at crescent beach club.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
I need to make this decision ASAP as my wedding is now in under 4 months!

I don't have input about either place. What you need to take into account is your vendors.

Is photographer still available? If not, will you get a refund? DJ? Videographer? Florist? Limos? DOC?

I would say keep the date and do the metropolitan! My neighbor's daughter had it there and they had nothing but rave reviews!

I agree! FH and I looked at it and it was very nice- he LOVED it. It's one wedding at a time and I've heard the food is very good, too! AND you don't have to switch your date, which is HUGE!

We are SO mixed bc we LOVED CBC.
We Also found the ppl to be much nicer. I already spoke to my vendors and they are all willing to switch, no problem.

The Metropolitan! It's beautiful there- were you able to use all of the same vendors you initially had?

i loved CBC especially if you want a beach wedding, i loved the idea of palm trees, fire pits at night and the lovely view! not to mention the food is good too. can't wait to get married there :)... I don't know much about the other venue but... this is my thought on CBC....Goodluck chica :)

I was at both and loved both. But since your original plan was a beach wedding, if your vendors are all available, I'd say move it a week ahead. But you won't go wrong with either one. Good luck!!!!

I've never been to CBC but I have been to the Metropolitan a number of times for city event and I love it there! The rooms are gorgeous and the food is always great. The only thing I don't like is that there aren't many places to take pictures outside but there are some beautiful places to take pictures all around Glen Cove!
