any brides going to mexico for your honeymoon on mexicana airlines they just went under !!! I am on hold for over an hour already . the first thing we did was book our honeymoon i never thought i would have to deal with this The other airlines are triple in price to go to mexico I might have to cancel my whole trip and find somewhere else to go !!! and fight for a refund

I think they're owned by American Airlines or at least run by them. If you can't get anything resolved with Mexicana, I'd try calling American to see what they can do.

i was booked on Mexicana too. did you pay with a credit card?? my TA said that you shouldn't have an issue since you weren't provided a service and they can work on your behalf.

we were different since we booked with points. we got an email from expedia about a month ago about this. our flight was still scheduled but we booked with jet blue in case so we were booked on 2 different flights. american airline goes there as well.

try www.kayak.com to see your options. and id try the CC company vs working directly with a bankrupt company for your $$$. HTH.
