If you're referring to M I A from BR IDA L LOU NGE, her # is 631 920 2997.
She's not a vendor of this site, but she's awesome!!!!
It's hard to search for her because you'll get asterisks like you got in your post above, but she's really great.
I'll search for a post that has a few trials she's done in the past.

I would honestly do it earlier than better, and see if you can talk her into do it earlier than the 5 months.
She's located in Huntington and does trials there, however, if she comes to you for the trial, there may be a travel fee.
