I agree. It looked like something from The Sopranos. Holding a person over the edge of a balcony with something covering the face I definitely think he will end up committed sometime in the near future. Apparently he is getting on the stand in that court case and saying the most outlandish things.

Those poor kids. All else aside, can you imagine that scary face tucking you in at night. He looks like a monster.
