Hes such a mentally ill person.. but you may not want to debate that here, there are a lot of people here that dont believe micheal jackson did anything wrong and will post to prove it especially the 1993 case, or pretty much anything else about his strange behavior!

In light of the creepy new Michael Jackson documentary, below you'll find the bombshell court document that first raised allegations that the singer was involved in inappropriate behavior with a young boy. The September 1993 declaration was sworn by a 13-year-old California boy who sued Jackson for, among other things, sexual battery, willful misconduct, and emotional distress. The child's declaration includes a graphic account of alleged sexual encounters with Jackson at the performer's Neverland Ranch and various hotels. Four months after the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit was filed, the two sides announced that the matter had been settled, though terms were not disclosed. News reports have estimated that Jackson paid between $15 and $40 million to settle the tawdry action. No criminal charges were ever filed in connection with the teenager's charges. In the new documentary, Jackson says, 'I have slept in a bed with many children,' but notes that, 'When you say 'bed,' you're thinking sexual. It's not sexual, we're going to sleep. I tuck them in...It's very charming, it's very sweet.' (4 pages)

2/10 UPDATE: In response to TSG's publication of the boy's declaration, Michael Jackson issued a statement today noting that he 'has respected the obligation of confidentiality imposed on all the parties to the prior proceedings, yet someone has chosen to violate that confidentiality' and use the boy's statements to 'further sully' the star's character. He added that, 'it should be remembered that, at the time, the confidentiality obligation was a mutual one, designed as much to protect' the teenage boy as the singer himself. Jackson concluded, 'Whoever is now leaking this material is showing as much disregard for [the boy] as they are determination to attack Michael.'

His behavior shows he is not mentally balanced, his interview was creepy and his dangling his child over the balcony was just too much for me to stomach. The man (and I use that term loosely) has some serious issues

Im not a follower, I just think the media can get out of hand in how they want to portray someone, especially Michael Jackson. As I mentioned in previous posts, no, I definately dont think he is your average 44yr old adult male, and yes i absolutely think he is extremely naive or ignorant to the world around him (the fact that he cant understand why kids sleeping over might be strange)....but i also see a good person there. Someone who really does love children..

I just skimmed through that article. I find it hard to beleive that Michael Jackson would be waiting for a car at 'rent a wreck'....but i guess anything is possible...

He is def ill..

But he is still one of the best performers!!

I posted in the last thread, and certainly don't see myself as a FOLLOWER that will bite anybody's head off I think you should not generalize.
BUT I still say we will never know what the truth is about anything. If someone did to my child what he was accused of, I wouldnt stop till they were in jail.
Who knows what the truth is?
But let's ask the question, knowing about these allegations, why are the parents still allowing sleepovers, etc. .
Especially is they are on the property, I refuse to believe they have 'no idea'. The parents are the FIRST to blame. My children will sleep at HOME.

Michael Jackson is DEFINATLY strange, however, who knows if those allegations were/are true. The most part of that boy's statement he says he did NOT have any sexual contact, then by the last paragraph or two they did! I am NOT making excuses for Michael Jackson, as I do think sleeping in bed with children is a little strange, considering the accusations against him. However, I do think he loves children, but that there is something seriously wrong with him.. mentally! He is a sick man in every sense of that word.

This document seems phoney to me but i dont doubt MJ is a little off.

The funniest thing I have heard this week was some sort of skit on Howard Stern. I think the game was titled 'Who said it? MJ or NAMBLA?' hahahha

Edited to add: I completely agree with Liz in the respect that parents are to blame. Who in their right mind would let their child sleep at MJ's house? Why arent the parents being held accountable?

I really can not say that I believe this is true. This boys family made MILLIONS off of this. If that were my child, no amount of money would be able to keep me quiet, I'd want that ******* in jail, period!

If this is true, and they took money to keep quiet about it, they are as despicable as he is!

I see way too many similarities in the issue of Michael Jackson and young boys and the scandal that many priests have been involved in. Child sex abusers have similar patterns. One of the hallmarks is the abuser's contention that it was all innocent. The abuser tends to make the child feel special in some way and they also try to make the child believe that what they are doing is okay. The child says nothing because they think no one will believe them, and because to them, this is a trusted adult who knows better than they do.

With all due respect to the opinions of others, it is wrong, wrong, wrong for an adult male to be sleeping in the same bed with an adolescent boy or an adolescent girl for that matter. Regardless of the claim that it is innocent and sweet, it is not. I wonder if we will see a headline in 10 or 20 years where someone is suing Michael Jackson for abuse they suffered at his hands when they were 12 or 13
years old.

This is a man who pays people to say yes to him and to be quiet about what they see and hear. They must sign confidentiality agreements that require them to not speak about Michael or his children or about what goes on in his life. If they violate this agreement they are subject to firing, lawsuits and huge financial penalties. I know this because I remember reading it a few years ago in an interview that Michael gave and that is what he said.

He may very well love his kids, but that does not make him a good parent, a good role model, nor a good person for children to be around. I would not let a child within 100 miles of this man without outside adult supervision every second.

I think that MJ has some deep seeded emotional and pyschological issues. But I don't think that makes him a child molestor and I think the 1993 allegations and that sworn statement are complete fabrications. Why would any parent rather have money then see the person who molested their child go to jail? My guess is there was not enough evidence to prosecute in the first place. Notice how all of these allegations came about once the father got custody of the child. It reads to me like the father saw $$$.

Not that I think any child should be left alone with MJ. He sounds like he may have a mental disability which has left him little more than a child himself.
