Michael Vick -- dog fighting!~update! NWR
I don't know if any of you have been following this story.. I find it very disturbing but at least there seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel.. Michael Vick ( don;t know if I am spelling it correctly). was charged with animal abuse for possession of over 42 dogs in his home that were being used in ring/dog fights.. it was really sad.. One of the female dogs was really over bread and to prevent her from hurting one of the male dogs that was breading with her. they filed down her k-9 teeth so she coudln't kill him.. THey used her to breed becuase she had killed so many dogs they watned to use her gees ( SICK I KNOW) anyways They just had a news report on TV about this.. and there is a rehabilitation site for the dogs.. where a woman is rehabilitating the dogs back to being 'pets' what they are and not killing dogs.. ALL of the funding is coming from the A$$ that started this sick thing in the first place!! GOOD.. He is also I beleive still being charged .. and should never be allowed to own any type of animal for as long as he lives... It's so terrible and cruel that someone can find enjoyment in watching another animal( domestic) kill another one all for the sake of a dollar.. Just thought if anyone was interested or following the story, since it disturbed me from the first time I heard about it! Also one of the dogs has come so far along that he actually sleeps everynight on top ofthe trainer! AWWW!
