I have the first u/s appt at Noon. we leave at 10:30 because my stepmom is coming with us too- she wanted to go and see her grandchild- so we have to pick her up in Melville and then head to Lake Success.
I DREAD drinking all the water!! I do it last minute though- but it is not easy to keep it 'in'

Michele did they tell you that you have to drink a lot of water again? I know early on you have to drink a lot because the baby is so tiny they need your bladder full so they can find the little one easier. But as the baby grows you don't need to have your bladder as full.

Have fun Michele!! I agree the 'holding it in' was torture. My 20 week u/s was 1 hour long, I went there on a full bladder, but when I got there, there was a wait. So, I went to the bathroom and drank more water in the 10 minutes that I had to wait. I loved seeing my baby, but after a while I was so uncomfortable on that table, that I didn't care what she looked like!
