Not sure if you mentioned it before, but I was thinking about you and wondering if you can use hypnobirthing even if you don't have the birth that you planned?

my hypnobirthing instructor has offered to be with me in the hospital. I cannot use hypnobirthing instead of an epi/spinal or general but I have been told that I can use the techniques to help me with my fears and concerns before, during and after the surgery.
