I'm wearing one right now! My NY&Co one--I think Valentinegirl got the same one...I love it! Some look too short, but this one is the perfect length...

it is from Banana republic - but I was in old Navy last week and they had one very similar.

I'm wearing a sleeveless light pink tank top shirt (but with a regular neck for work...probably wear something where the neck is lower to go out...).
