Honestly, I think that's retarded!! Everyone's always trying to find their thing to make them stand out or be talked about, but that just seems stupid to me!!
If the met at McDonald's or something like that, then it would be different - but I think it's dumb!

I think that is really cute! Good for them for incorporating something different/quirky that suited them. Plus, it sounds like the burgers were a real hit with the guests!

eww. I''m glad that wasn't all they had. Yeah, I agree with Mrs. Wask, if it meant something to them, then it was cute. But just to be different, it is annoying ( the smell of that stuff gets in your close--yuck!)

Well considering her dad owns a few McDs in NYC, I am sure they owe all the wedding expenses to McDonalds!! Seems pretty appropriate to me. And I say, do what makes YOU happy.

I think it is cute. Definately something unique and it sounds like everyone enjoyed it. Since her dad & uncle operate McD's I don't think it is that inappropriate.

I agree! I am paying that for 1-2 year olds! (not my idea of having them there!) They aren't even going to eat!!

I think that was great!!!! My FH works for McD's corporate but when he was in the restaurants McD's was a huge part of our lives...it's a 24 hour a day/7 days a week job!!!! And trust me our wedding expenses are defnitely being paid for by all tose hungry people eating McD's!!! HA!!!!

I think it's cute.. it was part of the cocktail hour not quite the actual sit down dinner so it's just an add in.

I love it! For an add-on for the cocktail hour, it's adorable! As long as it's not the only thing, and as long as it's only for the cocktail hour, it's really cute.

I LOVE McDonald's cheeseburgers - so I would be in heaven! I think it's cute. A friend wanted to have her bridal shower at the McD's mansion on Jericho, but it was too expensive to rent it out...
