I have one and yes, I've had trouble with stones falling out. One jeweler told me theres nothing you can do and that its normal. ITS NOT. There are tiny prongs underneath that hold the stones in -- they need to be tightened. The other thing you can do is go to a jeweler who can sodder it or 'reinforce' them. It costs about $50 to do.
I have a micro pave setting and i have never had any issues wth it.

I'm not sure if I have micro pave but I have pave and I have experienced two stones falling out when I got my ring pressure cleaned. The jeweler said that when I went to put the balls in my ring (instead of sizing it) they heated it and the heat caused the diamonds to loosen a bit. Right after I had it pressure cleaned and I lost two stones. I haven't had a problem since then but I did have it happen to me. I just bought it to FH's jeweler to have the stones reinforced.
