i did it once ... i wasn't red afterwards.

i didn't feel like there was any change to my skin though ... but the people said it often takes 2-3 times for you to notice anything.

did it a few weeks ago and doing it again this week. i actually did a micro peel. Microderm and chemical peel. I wasn't red afterwards. My lady said i need to go about 3-4 times to see any differences so hopefully it works!

I get micros and Chemical Peels and I like them both. I tend to like the Micro better because I feel like my skin is a bit softer after. I think most times they tell you it takes a few times to feel a difference because they start off on a low setting and gradually increase to see how much your face can handle. I am now on the highest setting and I have them do 2 passes and I walk out of there bright red but the next day my skin is back to normal. My skin gets red no matter what though, I wash my face and it gets red- just the way my skin is. I def recommend it, make sure you go to a reputable place. GL :)

I have an at home Microdermabrassion that I use once to twice a week and I LOVE IT, it's also free of all chemicals and toxins which I'm really big on

Don't be nervous, I've also had an IPL laser and it's not as bad as you think and if you go for multiple treatments it gets easier the more times you go. You'll be fine, GL

At home micros are great for between treatments, I use St Ives mineral microderm and love it. Stay clear of St Ives apricot scrub, I know a lot of people like it but it is terrible for your skin- it actually makes tiny microscopic cuts that are bad for your skin long term. At home treatments will not be a replacement for a micro done by a plastic surgeon or aesthetician, treatments done in office actually have a sucking action which will really clear our your pores.
