microdermabrasion- (xpost from 2010)

Has anyone had this done. If so, would you mind telling me how much your packages started at and if it worked for removing scars..

i've done only one ... it came free when i bought the laser hair removal package.

i personally didn't think it did much good to my skin (though no bad either) ... and i felt like i had sand on my face for hours afterwards!

I had it done once and I really didnt notice a difference. They say it takes 3-6 sessions to start noticing. I think the monthly facials helped me the best.

i agree mthly facials works wonders on my skin

I had microdermabrasion. The only difference I felt was my skin was a lot softer. But my skin would also feel a little irritated and something break out immediately after. But I was told that is not common. I think there are other ways for less money that you can get fabulous skin.

The only thing that I have seen work on my scars is prescription Retin-A and sunscreen daily.

I have a few scars on my face from mole removal a year ago, and they have faded considerably with the use of both of these products. Ask your dermatologist; if you need a recommendation for one, FM me.

i inquired about this and did the enhanced skin rejuvination instead! it was awesome and there was def a change. i think i paid 200 or 250 each session. it was a series of laser treatments... i did it on my lunch break and was fine to go right back to work.

i have a GREAT dermo... if anyone is interested FM me!

I do recommend this if you have any scars or red bloches. also it helps with anyone who has rosacea.
