Microsoft Excel. HELP!!

Does anyone know where i can get it?. my FH's cousin sent me a guest list in excel format only because it would be easier to print out the envelopes , i want to add to it but i cant open it without the program and i tried to download it from the website but it offers a free version but only for a business does anyone know if there is a free version for personal use or do i have to buy the program?

Mine came with the Microsoft Office package. I got the Student and Teacher edition for a discounted price since I'm a teacher.

I'm having a different problem, though. I have input all of my guests' info., but have no idea how to create labels and I've had Save the Date magnets waiting to be mailed. Can anyone help!

You have to use Mail Merge. Open up a new blank document in Word and go to Tools, Letters and Mailings (or something like that) and then Mail Merge. Then you have to import your excel document from there (it will walk you through but just a warning-mail merge is always very frustrating, you just have to stick it out). Good Luck!

I'm trying that now. In the first column I have names listed last names first (ie - Brown, Charlie). That's what's showing up on the first line instead of what's in the second column (Mr. Charlie Brown). Is there any way I can fix that without deleting the first column?
