Microsoft publisher

I'm not that computer savy, but it looks like microsoft publisher would be awesome to make things for the wedding....but its $130!
Anyone use this program? Is it worth the money?

Editted: What about Print Shop. It is cheaper...by A LOT and i used to use it YEARS ago...anyone have any opinions?

Re: Microsoft publisher

I used it to make the direction cards to my church. I bought card stock from Staples and designed the cards on publisher. They came out great! I thought they looked just as good - if not better - than professionally printed items.

I'm also using it to create the welcome letters for the hotel bags and possibly the 'favor' since we're doing a donation.

If you think you will get enough use out of it, then it would be worth the $130!!

to be honest...everything I have made (paper items) have been on powerpoint...its been working so far and it was already on my computer. I would try making things on PP before buying a new program

Have you been able to figure out how to make greeting cards on PP?

the only things I have made on PP were our ceremony programs, cigar bar sign, bathroom basket signs, table #'s, menus, signature drink signs.
...but im sure you could do a greeting card on there.

I was clueless on how to do things on PP at first but after a few hours of playing around I have gotten the hang of it
