Why can't I get Microsoft Word mail merge to work correctly? I have all my addresses in excel and it doesn't work! It's driving me nuts!!! I have an older version of word at work and it works perfectly. Argh!
I'm attempting to make labels for my STDs.

I am not sure why this is happening. I had the same problem with a new version. I ended up having to take mine to work to print.

we didn't do a mail merge... we typed the addresses directly onto labels in microsoft word... much easier. if you want details, FM me
