OK, so our little girls first name will be Cassidy...we're set on that. We were thinking of having her middle name be Lynn, even though neither of us LOVE the name, it is my sisters middle name and she is the godmother. My sister overheard us mentioning that, and she was all excited.
NOW, we fell in love with the middle name Noel, especially since she'll be born right around Christmas. I don't know if my sisters feeling will be hurt if we dont use Lynn...
so, should we do Cassidy Lynn, or Cassidy Noel??

I like them both. But, since your sister heard about it. I think you might have to go with Lynn. I know I've said this before but, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the name Cassidy!!

I like Cassidy Noel. I was born on Christmas and always wished my parents had made my middle name Noel or Holly.

IMO if your sister overheard you say that you were using Lynn then I would name the baby Cassidy Lynn Noel. The baby can have 3 names. I would not take Lynn away since IMO that would hurt your sister and not worth that. Again, JMO.

Noel....it's so different!!! But if you go with Lynn...you could call her Cassie Lynn

I would do Lynn. Both are pretty but since you sister heard - I think it is a nice gesture to use a family member's name.
