I have an 11 month old who was diagnosed with a milk allergy at 1 week old, she also had sever reflux, anyone dealt witht his before? I breastfeed and have cut ALL dairy out of my own diet. I'm hoping she outgroes this, but I have such difficulty thinking of things to feed her. Help!!!

Hi! My 8 1/2 month old Ryan was just diagnosed with a milk and egg allergy. We're hoping he outgrows it too, but it is a challenge to find things to feed him.
Since your daughter is older she is probably eating more table food than Ryan but I know that there are things available especially in health food stores and stores like Fairway such as soy yogurt, soy ice cream, whole wheat pastas, etc.
Please feel free to FM me if you need other info - I have lists of ingredients to look for on labels to find stuff that is milk-free that the allergist gave me. Plus this website is super helpful - they have entire cookbooks with allergy-free recipes:

thanks so much, I will indeed check out that website. I've become pretty good in shopping and avoiding milk products, but I'm running out of ideas. My first born was so easy, this has been a struggle. All she eats is soy yogurt and oatmeal. I can't wait to have a piece of chocolate myself!!! I'm a milk lover and it;'s been so hard doing without.
