Milk & Sugar

So I am taking all my BM's to get fitted for their dresses in August. I never formally asked my girls to be in my wedding party so I wanted to make a day of it by taking them out to lunch afterwards. Have any of you girls gone to Milk & Sugar in Bay Shore. I heard great things about it but wanted some or any info

GTG = get to gether...all the lingo is on the top right tab 'chat lingo'...

Don't feel silly! everyone was new at some point
GTG means... Get Together
it's when we all go someplace to meet up and hang out and chat and what not.

Milk and Sugar is delicioiusly amazing.

Thanks girls!!! I just wanted to do something nice to say thank you. However, I have 10 girls in my BP and can't afford an expensive restaurant!!! I appreciate the info

I actually went there the night after the GTG also (I'm gay) and the service was just terrible. We waited 30 min before a waiter even came to get our drink order. I guess it depends on the night of the week, they must bring in more staff for a Monday b/c of the psychic thing. Tues night is just one person working ALL of those tables.

I wouldn't say its ridiculously expensive.

They do have a website, i think it has prices...can't think offhand. Just do a search.

ok, IMHO:

The place is cute, the decor is adorable. The waiters were helpful, but the following turned me off:

1. No Reservations I hate that FH & I avoid places w/ that policy.

2. For the gtg, I called M&S, to confirm directions & I asked the person that answered the phone to let our group to know that Colleen & I were on our way, well, he thought I was making a reservation, told em 30 min, and hung up w/o taking my name

3. My Spinach Dip was gross! I barly ate any of it . It had a funky taste & an even yuckier after taste. I didn't say anything b/c I didn't want to be 'that' person I threw it in the dumpster as soon as I got home
