Milleridge Brides... or anyone at wedding there lately?

Hi Girls,

Going for tasting sat. and set up final menu.... any must haves you recommend??? Or anything to skip??? I definitely want the mashed potato bar! Beyond that looking for feedback............ thanks!!!!

The food there is AMAZING. Can I just tell you, everyone is still talking to me about the food at our wedding, and it's been months now!!!

We went with the buffet so we had lots and lots to choose from. We actually didn't do a potato bar or anything like that -- it wasn't necessary with all the rest of the food.

There was some sort of eggplant parm or lasagna dish at our wedding that was out of this world. I don't remember which it was (the BA fed us both the whole day lol) but it was fabulous! We also had the lobster at the CH which was a huge hit.

Gosh, I wish I could go back and eat there again, it was so good!!! I hope I get to be a guest at a wedding there some time in the future. Our wedding was so much fun!

Our cake was vanilla with vanilla custard and buttercream outside and it was FABULOUS. Their bakery is amazing!
