Milleridge Cottage
We are having our reception in the Cottage 4/28/01 We went with the 2 star menu and added some things (viennese, seafood) so that added to the price $101 ($127 w/tak and tip)for a Sat night-- we considered doing a day wedding just to save on the price but couldn't get the church So far I have only heard good things-- I have pictures on my web site if you are interested www.laurajeremy.homestead.com/home.html click on the big day and wait for the pictures to load --there are 10 of them Hope that helps Laura
You might like to check out the Virgin Islands if you haven't been there. We are going to St. Croix for our honeymoon and what we liked was the fact that we could stay on one island and take a boat to the other islands and they are all different. St. Croix has alot of historical sites, St. Thomas is more commercial, and then St. John is more rustic and natural so we can get a little of everything. We are staying at the SunTerra Resort on Carombola beach and my Fiance was very excited to find out that they have a Robert Trent Jones golf course right on site. Hope this info helps.

Milleridge Cottage
The Carriage House holds 75-130 people. Though I really wouldn't put more than 100 people in there. The minimum guaranty is 75 - in warmer months, the cocktail hour is outside but in colder months, it is in the same room as the reception. Its an ideal location for smaller weddings who want to the only wedding happening at that time. The privacy was wonderful. We had 85 people.
The Cottage holds more guests and has higher minimums. Cost wise, I'm not sure. I think the cost per head is a few dollars more in the Cottage.
I dealt w/Tiffany there and she was wonderful. Ask her to show you both rooms. leslie was also great!
