milleridge cottage - how many people can it hold?

My friend is interested in having her wedding there, but she heard the cottage only holds 125, I think it can hold way more. Does anyone know the minimum/maximum for the cottage?

She must be thinking of the carriage house...the cottage can hold 300 i think. We are having 175
