Milleridge Inn

I'm not sure if I asked this already but...has anyone gone to check out the Milleridge Inn?
My family had mentioned it to me and the website doesn't show many pictures?
If you have seen it would you mind telling me a little bit about it?

THANKS!!!!

It's very nice there. Jess ( MikeandJess) is having her wedding there. They have like this little village...cute for taking pics. And the food is good also.

Hi. Im crashing!!
My sister is getting married at M.I. The place is gorgeous. You walk into where the CH will be held...which is a long narrow room with a bar and also where food will be set up. There are couches etc here. Connected to this room is the circular CH room which you see online. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, and windows all around which open up to a deck where ppl can sit, eat, or smoke.
When it is time for the reception the CH room doors open into the main hall. These doors stay open all night so ppl can feel free to roam around, go outside etc. It makes everything feel very big, open and airy.
The main room is large. There are tables on either side of a LARGE dance floor. In the center of the room in the back is a gorgeous fire place, where the bride and groom sit.
There is also a door in the back of the room that opens out to the gardens.

Upstairs you have the bridal suite and a private bathroom. When you are being announced you can use the staircase which is a nice touch.

The place is overall very homey and pretty. It doesnt feel like your everday hall...and only caters to one wedding....so the place is entirely yours!

FM me if you have any other questions!!

Re: Milleridge Inn

Are you looking at the Cottage, Carriage House, or another part of Milleridge Inn?

We visited the Cottage and it was really pretty. I love the reception room and the ceremony/CH room. How many people are you planning on having? We were thinking we'd have between 200-400 guests, and I'm not so sure the entrance of the Cottage would fit that amount of people while they're waiting for the CH room to open after the ceremony (they use the same room for ceremony and CH so after your ceremony is done, everyone goes out to the entrance and waits for them to convert the room to CH). I'm not sure if that matters to you or not.

Other than that, it was a beautiful place and the reception room was very cozy.

Someone posted these a few months ago.

I got married there and loved it. I was a bit skeptical but everything was great. I've had wonderful reviews of the food, the place, etc. Good luck!

I booked the milleridge cottage The pictures on the website are very crappy and extremely outdated. I was trying to figure out what that bride is doing pushing a table in the middle of a garden but then my head started to hurt. I chose the milleridge because they were by far the most reasonable of all the halls we looked at and I love the victorian style. It's more like a 'cottage house' than a RH and that's what I wanted! Let me know if you need more info
