I painted them myself....I bought it the other day and was so excited. I ALWAYS wear bright colors. When I do pale colors I feel like I didn't paint my nails lol Then again, you're talking to someone who wore a soft yellow tank, orange velour shorts and carried a teal and bright pink velour purse the other day LOL
