I bought some from sheer cover and I like the concept..but I dont like having to mix two colors together..I cant get it to look natural..so I looked online and saw that a few other places carry this mineral powder foundation..sephora and philosophy at Bloomies...
Im wondering if anyone has used it, what brand etc. I love the idea of this and would like to find a brand thats good for me....thanks in advance!!

It comes in a losse powder, you brush it on..its light and is made from minerals, oil free..I really love using it..I just cant get the colors right, sheer cover gives you two shades to mix together and I cant get it right....I just love using it..so I want to buy just one color thats right for me. With sheer cover its almsot 40 a MONTH..I usually use Lancome or Laura Mercier foundation and it lasts me MONths..I hate to have to buy new makeup monthly.,.it seems too expensive. Im going to check out philosophys tomorrow..I was just hoping maybe someone on here has tried it and could tell me about it. www.sheercover.com can tell ya about what I already have...

I've used Bare Escentuals which is also a mineral powder foundation. I've never had any problems with the color. I usually get it off of QVC.

I know what you're talking about. minerals makeup - loose powder and blush. it says ID on the container. its sold in select stores and boutiques. its pricey. my boss raves about it. she tried it on me - it looked great. I just can't spend that much on makeup when i only like the colors for a month or so. a friend of mine got the starter kit for $40. I hear they sell it at ulta.

Yes! I love it! I use only Bare Escentuals Mineral Makeup on my face. It is all natural and looks awesome. I buy it from QVC and also ebay brand new in sealed package. I use Bare Escentuals foundation, concealer, blush, mineral veil, eye shadow, and I love it. I was skeptical at first but the first time I tried it I was blown away at how perfect it makes your skin look. I am fair so this evens my skin out perfectly. FM me with any questions. i just got bare escentuals bare minerals loose eye glimmer and I LOVE IT!!! got it at ulta. a friend has the mineral veil and she loves it too!

My favorite glimmer is the Hyacinth glimmer. It look awesome on and stays on all day. You can also get greats deals on ebay for all Bare Esecentuals makeup. I buy only from a seller named seeka75. She has great prices and all items are new and sealed.

Let me know if you find a less expensive brand in Sephora or with Philosophy (they have a website too), Alicia because I need something similar myself. I forgot all about that Merle Norman makeup last month when I went to replenish mine.

I found ulta.co..but couldnt find the foundation....I may try bare escentuals..I just bought the sheer cover, so I may send that back to them. i may also still try the philosphy mineral..I found it on their web site..but I wnat to ytry it in person, rather than do it by mail again. I meant to get the mail today but its not going to happen..I will go definately FIRST thing in the morning.

ok..I found bare mineral makeup at sephora..so I am getting my butt in there tomorrow to check it out. I will go there first and try it on my face..if I dont like it, then ill go to Bloomies and try the philosphy brand...If I time tonight Ill go to sephora..Ill let ya guys know tomorrow if its any good Thansk for all of your help!!!

hahah Maribelle..I just foudn an Ulta store by me..Im going there at 7 to try it first hand, they carry teh bare escentuals..I called Spehora and they only sell it right now online, Bloomies by me doesnt carry the philopshy line although philosophy website says they do..so Ill fm ya later if I like it and maybe you could go try it at an Ulta store by you!!! Buy you are getting married on FRIDAY baby!!!!! yayayyayayayyayayayyaaa

I stuck with my sheer cover..I do ove it..I was using too much..its incredibly concnetrated so a tiny tiny bit goes a very long way..its very natural looking I think. Ive just had it a month almost and I think Ill stick with it for awhile.I like it better than a liquid foundation...it just goes on and your done...www.sheercover.com I am almost sure bare escnetuals is the same thing, except you can buy it in stores. Ulta had it, the sephoras in NJ dont carry it IN store yet, but you can order it through sephoras website.

I use it as well- they have a decent color range too. I get it from ULTA or Ebay . . .I have gotten it from QVC also.
