mini freak out
I'm sure all is going to be just fine. Look at one of our soon-to-be brides who needed her envelopes addressed in caligraphy from one of the ladies from Etsy. Everything worked out = ) To help ease your mind, why don't you give them a call in regards of the process time and just reiterate you need the invitations as you would like for them to be sent out no later than August 1st. Keep us posted and remember to breathe = )

I really wouldn't worry about it! Definitely remind her of your deadline, but actually printing the invites shouldn't take anywhere near 9 weeks to do - for anybody. I procrastinated when I sent over the wording for my invites but once the final proof was approved, they were ready to pick up within two weeks - and I still had two weeks to assemble them before I wanted to send them out.

I'm having a mini invite freak out too! I'm sure in the end everything will work out fine, but I know it's nerve wrecking in the process. I can't imagine that printing is going to take super long. I think people just add extra time more as a 'just in case' type of thing.
