I had planned on doing the 5 almonds in an organza bag, but also adding a Lindt truffle to the package to showcase my Swiss side as well. I ordered the organza bags from Oriental Trading, and they are TINY. I'd either have to just do the almonds, or just do a single truffle, but I certainly can't do both....unless there was such a thing as mini Jordan Almonds lol.
I'd really like to not have to return the bags because they're the perfect color burgundy, and I haven't seen that color (or price) anywhere else.

I don't know. .I got the pretty big ones. could you attach the truffle somehow to the card. . or put two truffles in another bad and have the two bags ties together by ribbon?? these prob both sound like bad ideas but just trying to brainstorm. .
are u having favors? if so, the almonds are typically tied to the favors. not sure how big the chocolate is, but maybe do 2 per person at their place setting? or leave those for your bridal shower?

What about if you alternate? You could fill some bags with truffles some with the almonds. Are you putting the favors on a separate table or on the tables people are sitting at? Alternating could work, if you don't need everyone to have the almonds. SInce you already have them it would be a shame to waste the bags.

I'm doing a donation so there's going to be cards explaining the donation, and then separately I was going to have the bags with the almonds and chocolate with a tag tied to it with the almond poem on one side, and then the back saying 'And one Swiss pleasure, just for good measure'.
So I reeeeeealllly want to be able to use the bags and have everything in there so I can use my clever little poem that I'm so proud I made up

Maybe you could have the RH put the truffles on the bread plate next to the almonds in the bag.
