Mini Rant

So me and my FH frequently have jobs where we can be paged out nights/weekends. We normally have set days which we are on call. This weekend is NOT one of them. My FH is in training for a new team. Someone else is on call and needed help from the new team he is on (even though he doesn't know anything about the new sutff)...and my FH got called. My FH can't do anything to help the guy, yet he's been on the call for 3 hours. When he called we were at his FMIL house, had to leave to go home, so he can sit here on the computer, not helping this guy. They finally got someone from his new team about an hour ago. He knows what's hes doing, and is useful, but they still haven't let my FH leave!

Normally it wouldn't be such a big deal, but I'm finally feeling better and want to get out of the house. It's bad enough we had to cancel our cruise this week! Plus my FH and I have plans to go to a Birthday party tonight for one of his friends! Right now I don't think we're making it.
