Mini Review of My cousin's wedding!
My cousin got married on Friday at the Royalton Mansion and it was such a great night!!
I'm not sure who most of his vendors were, but I'm gonna ask him when he get's back from his honeymoon, so for now I'll just give my guest review of the Royalton.
When we got there we had to wait in the lobby. It was kinda weird because it was small and the door kept opening so it was FREEZING, but they had their e-pics set up so that was really nice to look at.
The cocktail hour was great! They had 5 stations of all different ethic foods. We actually didn't find 3 of the stations until about half way through bc they were in an outside enclosed room, so that was a nice surprise!
The reception was absolutely beautiful. The room was great, the decor was amazing; it really was a great wedding! The only negative I would say about the food was that I got the filet mignon and the waiter asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium-well and it came out medium rare; this actually happened to the entire table and my mom's table, so I guess they only cooked it one way. Other than that, the wine glasses were always full, and the other food was so delicious!
Just on a side note, this could have been how my cousin wanted it, but it seemed a bit disorganized. Like, we looked over at one point and the father/daughter dance was going on but no one knew! Then, during dinner, we look over and my cousin and his new wife were cutting the cake!! It just seemed a little odd to me.
Overall I would say that anyone having their wedding here will be very happy! I will post more pics/vendor reviews when I can bc the floral and the band were BEYOND amazing!!
