Mini Review of my friends wedding at the Woodlands!
Just wanted to post a little review of my friends wedding on Friday because I thought her vendors were great.
Overall, my friends wedding was amazing.
Her RH was the Woodlands. Food was awesome, seriously awesome. I had the Filet Mignon for dinner, and it was sooooo good, coooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly. Cocktail hour was great, I am very picky so I didn't try much, but FH ate everything and said that there wasn't one thing he didnt like. He ate about 20 (not joking) crabcakes. He loved them. Everyone was raving about how good their meals were. Her bridal attendant (Libby) was also awesome and was running around all night making sure that my friend had everything she needed, she packed up three meals for them at the end of the night (and she was NOT under her minimum) so they would have food for the next day! She also took care of all the gifts and the cards so my friend didnt have to worry about bringing them home that night. She also made sure the bridal suite was stocked with all the food from the cocktail hour. Awesome! All you Woodlands girls are very lucky. I was really really impressed.
Pedestals did her flowers. They were BEAUTIFUL, they even threw in two huge arrangements to decorate her house with as a surprise. My friend was extremely happy with her flowers. For centerpieces, she did half high half low, were also beautiful, I think they were a great way to add depth to the room. Only thing is, they were about 20 minutes late, but it didn't really make a difference because the photographers were taking pictures of her putting on her dress so we didn't need the flowers. Also, I think there was a lot of traffic from the rain, so no biggie.

Oksana - She arrived on time and did all the bridesmaids makeup. When it was my turn, i just told her to do whatever, I trusted her based on all the great feedback on here. She nailed it, my makeup was awesome. I was a little skeptical since she didn't do airbrush, but it looked just as good and felt lighter than airbrush. All of the bridesmaids and the bride looked beautiful. And not only that, she was really fun to be around too. She finished early then touched us all up before we left, and gave us some powder and lip gloss so we could touch ourselves up throughout the day. (She gave me extra powder since I get extremely oily - like seriously i think she gave me all her powder lol) I just listened to exactly what she showed me to clear my oilies and it worked.
Sherwood Triart - It seemed like they did a good job, they were on time, and knew what they were doing. Her photographers were nice as could be and even answered a couple of questions for us that were totally non-photography related lol. Obviously no proofs yet but it looked like they were getting all the important shots. Best thing, I didn't really notice they were there at the reception, I don't like when the photogs are all up in your face all the time.
Here is a pic of me and FH in the front. I also have a lot of pictures on facebook for all my friends on there to see.
