I know i saw a thread on here once where I can buy these little packets for wholesale prices and I can't find it. I know I can go to Target for $1.00 each but I was hoping to get them for less.
Do any of you know where I can get these at a cheaper price??

I got mine at Harmon Discount Drug Store (in some BBB stores). I don't remember how much I paid but they were cheap...I put them in all my OOT buckets!
