Mini-vent

I hate my boss. Seriously. Now I know why the last five people before me quit. What an a-hole.

Just had to vent. Anyone else hate their boss?

Hi, I'm new here.

I don't hate my boss - actually the person I don't like is the one who reports to me. She has missed so many days of work and now I'm the one who is behind because I have to do her work PLUS mine. I'm so frustrated and stressed.

So I can kinda understand, when you are frustrated at work. It's the worst feeling, since you have to spend so much time there.

I don't hate my boss like that, but I think she's incompetent..

I completely understand where you're coming though. Before this job, I was working for a guy who was a total ***! He would argue with us in the middle of the office and NEVER listened to anyone--he forced everyone in the whole department to quit or transfer out...suffice it to say, he got transferred out too!

I am also new here.

I dont hate my current boss but my old boss seemed like he was part Devil part Human. Total a-hole. He was the type of person that no one wanted to work with.

Just do your job bc as long as you do what you have to on your end you will be ok no matter what she may come up with

I hate my boss also...as well as some other co-workers. I am having one of those days too...actually it has been one of those years!!!

Thanks ladies. What is the matter with some employers. Dont they realize that when they abuse and take out their frustration on the people that are trying to help them it just makes things worse.

Now we are swamped and I am going to just do the bare minimum until I find a new job. Too bad. Had my boss treated me with a little more respect I would have been a great help to him and willing to roll my sleeves up and pitch in. Now I hope he goes down in flames. Haha!

What is the matter with people? Has he not noticed a pattern with all his previous assistants? Hello????
