Is anyone doing a mini Viennese? I forgot that we were til I just looked at our contract We are having wedding cake, mini viennese and an ice cream bar
Does it mean we will basically having like a bunch of desserts (just not like a full fledged viennese hour)?
Also, should I add 'Mini Viennese' to our menu?

No, I don't think it is necessary to mention that you are having a viennesse hour in your invitation. I have never seen anyone put that on their invitation.

We have one...and also the ice cream bar, cordial bar and chocolate fountian, cake also of course.

Is it a station or just trays? If it's just trays, I wouldn't add it to the menu, but if it's a station I would.
I'm having mini Viennese trays on the tables (which are included standard), but adding a Cheesecake Martini Bar...if I decide to do menus later instead of what the RH provides, I would add the cheesecake to it. I think their provided menus already mention the trays.

Full Viennesse for my wedding. MY FH always says we should just have a cockatail hour and viennese and nothing in between!
I once saw that in a separate card with a cute ryhme for the Viennese hour. But i prob wont do this for the $$

We are having a mini vienesse! Lots of cookies, italian cakes and such, and cappucino/espresso instead of regular coffee. THere's some other things too. It will be a station but we don't get an extra our of time, that is the difference between a full vienesse.
I didn't think about the menu card. I will probably add it!

fox hollow threw in dessert trays for us not sure if that mini viennese but he said its trays of cookies and mini desserts
