isnt it illegal in NYS to have alcohol shipped in from another state? My grandfather just got a wine and cheese gift set but the wine wasnt in the box, it was seized...

Am i totally wrong about this? Is it only illegal to send it into NYS/out of NYS...is it ok to send it within the state only?

I don't think so because there are people that belong to wine clubs. Hmmm.... Something to find out.

If you're worried about shipping to new york you can always go to your local liquor store and ask them how many bottles of wine you can get by the box/crate? They'll be reasonable and work with you. I went to Bi-County Liquor on Main Street in Farmingdale.

For my engagement party I bought small bottles of champange as part of our favor.

As for the label's part my Aunt has a private company that makes labels for everything FM if you would like details.
