I was wonder what the minimum guarantee was for the Watermill (Vanderbilt room) We are thinking about getting Married on a Thursday night. What is the average minimum that people are guaranteeing?
Im not sure which room you are talking about, but when I went for a quote, the upstairs room had a minimum of 140 for a sunday night.
the min for the downstairs (vanderbuilt room) is, im almost 100 % sure, 175.
The lowered our minimum for a Friday night upstiars in the Astor suite to 125. It was 225 for a Friday night downstairs and 250 minimum ( I think) for Saturday night. The night of the week and time of year makes the difference, they will lower it in winter and for Says other then Saturday night.
I'm in the Vanderbilt room too and the minimum number they gave us was 150 and that's a Saturday afternoon

i'm a little late on this, but for my Saturday night wedding it's 150 in Astor (upstairs)
It does depend upon time of day, day and time of year. My minimum is probably the lowest of all, 100 but I'm getting married on Monday, July 4th at 11 am upstairs. My ppl is much lower as well. It's less than 1/2 the price of the same menu on Saturday night.
