For my wedding, we have to have a minimum of 90 guests at East Wind. I only have 82 coming at this time. Is this ok and I will just have to pay for the extra guests??

You will typically have to pay for 90 no matter what

you'll have to pay for 90 people. but you may be able to count your vendors as guests to get up to 90 and then not have to pay anything on top of it to feed the vendors.

or if you can't count vendors (or they were free to begin with), maybe they'll throw in some kind of add-on

You'll have to double check your contract, but generally it means that you're guaranteed to pay for 90.

you are on the hook to pay the amount to feed 90 people..
I'd def ask if you can't make the minimum if you can get something extra for the cost of the missing people... or pay for the vendors that way too!!

when we were originally booked at east wind we were told that we could use vendors to meet our minimum. just give them a call

Like everyone says, you should be able to use the vendors to count towards the minimum! Or try for some add-ons.

you will def have to pay for 90 people. def try some add-ons even if you include the vendors! they are making extra money off of you; they can throw in some extra dessert of cocktail hour station. cant hurt to ask!
