It usually depends on the night of the week and the time of the year.

For us at CLM in Oct. it's 175 for the Atrium room and 125 for the room upstairs.

it depends what you negotiate on......and when you book it.
our min is 150 for the 1st floor room at CLM.

My minimum for the Crescent is 125. I don't know if that changes for time of year or anything.
Then if I make it to 150 people, the per person price drops by $5.
